Im a dog trainer and a groomer and part of my dog training includes all of this stuff so they can get use to getting groomed and handled for the vet. Smart of these owners to start early
I always said I’d get a dog when I got a house. And I didnt buy a house in my early 20s cause it didn’t seem like a good idea. Who could have guessed it’d become near impossible to own a house in Utah, or at least not get completely ripped off. Hundreds of thousands for condos now. My mom’s house is worth 700-800k now. They built it for 160k 14 years ago. Condos down the road from her are 300-400k. My dad built his house for around 200-250k. We got a deal cause my great uncle owned the company. But his neighbors house’s go for around 2 mil. I know at least one person offered him 1.5 mil. So my options are either a house that isn’t worth it or moving from my home state. Or still paying too much for a house in the middle of nowhere. I make 6 figures and it’s still hard for me. In part because I don’t want to get tied to my career since I despise what I do now
